I always considered myself a good Puritan woman. I worked hard to be a good wife, a good mother, a good child of God.
But when temptation emerges in the form of Thomas Putnam, I fear I left my morals abandoned in the pursuit of this love. An illustrious affair was meant to be our new beginning, but when the spring of 1692 settles into Salem, and the whispers of witches dance in the air, our quaint town and my chance at happiness is threatened.
