1. Packing Your Order
- We start packing your order *in 1-2 days* (Monday-Friday).  
- If you order on *Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, we’ll start packing the **next workday*.

- *Regular shipping: Takes **7-10 days* to reach you.  
- ⚠️ Sometimes it takes longer because of:  
  - Rain/snow 🌧️  
  - Traffic 🚚  
  - Faraway places 🌍

- *FREE shipping* if you spend enough money (see our website!).  

4. Track Your Order
- When your order leaves our door, we’ll email you a *magic number* (called a "tracking number") to watch where it goes! 🔍  

5. Address Check!
- *Please check your address twice!* If it’s wrong, we can’t fix it after we send your order.  

6. Late Orders
- Sometimes things happen (like rain, snow, or traffic) that slow down your book’s journey.
